Inclusions:
Start at 8:30PM at one of the cities hottest ultra-lounges. No line and no cover charge into a comedy show on the strip. VIP access into four more of the cities hottest venues. All Cover Charges Are Included. VIP Host to take care of your needs throughout the evening.

Exclusions:
Transfers to and from the tour starting/ending locations.

Cancellation Policy:
There are No Refunds of any ticket in whole or in part. Once the ticket is purchased, you are responsible to attend the tour. RISK-FREE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation on a tour by emailing info@ticklemeentertainment.com

Identification:
All participants MUST have valid state issued identification with them at all times proving they at least 21 years of age. Without proper identification, the nightclubs will refuse admittance into their establishment. We are NOT responsible for denied entry to any venue because of improper identification.

No Line/No Cover:
We have arranged for you to bypass club lines. However, you still may have to wait at each club to let the doormen and security get organized to accept our large groups. Average waiting time is 5 - 10 minutes (which beats the 1+ hours you would wait otherwise). On Holiday weekends such as Halloween, Labor Day, etc waiting may be longer. We have also arranged to have your cover paid in advance with the clubs. All you will have to pay for is your drinks and tips in the clubs.

Dress to Impress:
Nightclubs in each city have a very STRICT dress codes. All participants must be dressed appropriately. The nightclub has the last say on who gets in according to their clubs dress code, so please be aware of what you are wearing as these are hot clubs. If you do not abide by this dress code, your VIP Host will ask you to leave the tour to go change. If you miss the tour, no refunds will be given.

Men:
Dress pants, dress shoes and button down shirt are the standard dress code for males. No jeans. No sneakers. No athletic gear. No rubber soled shoe or boots allowed.

Women:
Skirts, dresses button down shirts and pumps are the standard dress code for ladies. No sweat suits or athletic gear, baggy tee shirts, beach wear, open toe sandals or other such casual wear. No jeans.

Disruptive Behavior or Being Overly Intoxicated:
If our VIP Host ascertains that you or your guests are disrupting the tour in any way by being intoxicated, obnoxious, etc; we reserve the right to ask you or your entire group to leave the tour with NO REFUND. We are NOT responsible for denied entry into any venue due to disruptive behavior, being intoxicated or being obnoxious. If anyone in your group gets sick in the luxury limousine, the organizer or the person will be fined a cleaning charge of $500.00 as that is our cost from the cleaning company. If you were asked to leave a comedy crawl with Tickle Me Entertainment, by a member of Tickle Me Entertainment staff or management, a security guard at one of the venues, or a staff member of the venues we visit, you will not be refunded your money.

Wristbands:
You only get one wristband for the evening, so if you lose the wristband or allow anyone to take it off of your wrist, you will not be allowed back on the tour.

Comedy Crawl Limousine Transportation between the Venues:
The Comedy Crawl with Luxury Limousine Transportation, you will be transported between the venues and on your tour in style! The luxury limousine is on a set schedule and is not a taxicab, as each limousine runs several tours and charters in one evening. Your tour host will give you departure times from each venue. If you miss the luxury limousine, it is your responsibility to find alternate transportation to the next location. Tickle Me Entertainment has the right to change a destination stop or transportation anytime throughout a tour due to venue changes. Do not leave your belongings in the luxury limousine. Any damage to the limousine by you or your group will be assessed and charged accordingly. If you or anyone in your group vomits inside the luxury limousine a $500.00 cleaning fee will be immediately charged to the credit card(s) on file. If any disputes occur, Metro Police will be called to settle any issues.

All Tickle Me Entertainment transportation is provided by an authorized carrier.

Pickup Times and Locations:
Please arrive early at your pick up location! The limousines run on a time schedule, so please be courteous to other party goers and tour guests. Make sure your group is at your pick up location on time.

Tipping:
All VIP Hosts are in the service industry like a bartender or waitress. They earn the auto gratuity already paid by you at time of the reservation, however they make their living from your tips. If your Tickle Me Entertainment VIP Host made sure you had fun, got you through the lineups with no hassles and made sure everyone was having a great time, then a proper Thank-You for their hard work and a cash donation to them is appreciated.

Itinerary Changes:
Tickle Me Entertainment reserves the right to move a client and his or her group to an alternate tour, tour date, change the club line up, alternate transportation, alternate alcohol, change any discounts for beverages at any time due to outside influences such as club/lounge management, corporate/convention buyouts, limousine issues, taking a club off of the roster, over bookings, etc. There will be NO REFUNDS or credits issued if any of these issues arise before your tour.

When does the tour end:
The Tickle Me Entertainment VIP service or club crawl ends once you are safely into the last club or your reservation time is up. Stay as long as you wish at this club, as Tickle Me Entertainment does not take guests back to their hotels or homes. If you are not staying anywhere downtown, you can prearrange a prior pickup and drop off with Tickle Me Entertainment limousines for a nominal fee.

What is not included in your tour:
You will not get reserved seating in a nightclub unless you have made arrangements with Tickle Me Entertainment, as these seats are reserved for bottle service/table service for an additional fee. The limousine is not a taxicab and will not run you around unless you made arrangements with Tickle Me Entertainment as there may be an additional fee. The limousine is booked solid as we sell out every evening and is on a tight schedule. We do not supply any drinks in the clubs unless it is arranged for your tour and may be an additional fee. We do not promise immediate entrance into clubs, as doormen need to time to arrange Tickle Me Entertainment entrance into the clubs. We do not babysit, if you are too intoxicated you will be asked to leave the tour. We do not try to convince the clubs to let you in if you are denied access for any reason. We also stock the limousine with a fair amount of beverages which is calculated for your convenience. Any additional questions can be directed to Info@TickleMeEntertainment.com

Client Waiver:
Each person who joins a Tickle Me Entertainment VIP Services or club crawls holds Tickle Me Entertainment harmless from any injury, loss, damage or death which may occur as a result of using the services provided by Tickle Me Entertainment. This also includes any Photo/Image/Video which allows our VIP Hosts to take photographs and videos of people on the tour and use them in advertising or on the web.

Tickle Me Entertainment LLC WAIVER FORM operating as Tickle Me Entertainment LLC is a "tour packager" acting solely as a concierge service to bring the passenger ("Passenger") and the Third Party service provider ("Provider") together for their own individual purposes ("Activity"). Tickle Me Entertainment LLC neither controls, nor is it to be held liable for the failure of such Provider's failure to provide the products or services promised.

PASSENGER ASSUMES THE RISKS:
In consideration of my use of the services provided by Tickle Me Entertainment LLC and my participation in such Activity as may be provided or arranged by a Provider, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved with such use and participation, and I AGREE TO, AND DO HEREBY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS associated with such use or participation, INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE RISK OF SEVERE OR FATAL INJURY TO MYSELF OR OTHERS. In addition to the foregoing, these risks include but are not limited to the following:
1.the risk associated with travel to and from location(s) to be visited during the day/night hours, including transportation provided or arranged by Tickle Me Entertainment LLC utilizing a licensed commercial operator;
2. intoxication and/or alcohol poisoning from the alcohol I consume whether voluntarily or through coercion;
3.the possibility of bodily injury (broken bones and soft tissue damage) including dental damages from falling down, injuries incurred while getting on or off (in or out of) the mode of transportation being used for the event, being knocked down or being involved in physical confrontation whether caused by myself or someone else.;
4. The risks associated with returning to my hotel or residences. HOLD Tickle Me Entertainment LLC HARMLESS: By partaking in the services provided by Tickle Me Entertainment LLC, I AGREE AND HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS AND CLAIMS THAT MAY ARISE AGAINST Tickle Me Entertainment LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES, AND FURTHER CONSENT TO HOLD THESE SAME ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS HARMLESS, FROM ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING DEATH, WHICH I MAY INCUR, AND THE RISK OF WHICH I HEREBY ASSUME, as a result of my use of the services provided by Tickle Me Entertainment LLC, its affiliates, or subsidiaries, or such Activity offered by any Provider, whether or not such Provider is associated or under contract with Tickle Me Entertainment LLC.

PHOTO/IMAGE RELEASE:
I do hereby give Tickle Me Entertainment LLC, its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my name (or any fictional name), picture, portrait, photographs and videos in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations for advertising, trade or in any other lawful purposes, and I hereby forever waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including but not limited to, written copy and/or posting image on website, that may be created in connection therewith. I am of full legal drinking age (21). I have read this Release and Waiver and am fully familiar with its contents. I understand that Tickle Me Entertainment LLC cannot control the use of my name or image once such name or image is published.

By reading this information in electronic form I personally consent to all of the above on behalf of myself and my group or others in my party and I understand that is it my responsibility to inform all others in my party who are joining me on Tickle Me Entertainment LLC Tours/VIP Services by either sending them this document or inform them verbally of its entirety as I completely understand the contents of this form. If I or anyone in my group do not understand this document in full or in part, it is my responsibility to contact Tickle Me Entertainment LLC for clarification by emailing info@TickleMeEntertainment.com before my tour date.
